from £235.00

On Thursday 30 October we will be hosting a dinner in the spending surroundings of the grand St James’s Room at 67 Pall Mall, London, featuring the wines of world-famous Saint-Estèphe estate, Château Phélan Ségur, a property with a rich, Irish heritage.

We will be joined for the evening by Fabrice Bacquey, Phélan Ségur’s Cellar Master, after a champagne reception and over a sumptuous dinner, will lead us through the following wines:

Frank Phélan 2019, 2015

Château Phélan Ségur 2020, 2016, 2014, 2011, 2005 & 1996

Particularly popular in the UK, Château Phélan Ségur is one of the finest estates in Saint-Estéphe, perfectly placed on the banks of the Gironde and consistently making outstanding claret at excellent prices. Under the stewardship of Véronique Dausse the property has won plaudits from all leading Bordeaux critics across the past ten years for a revolution in style and development.

Places for the dinner are limited to twenty-two seats and we expect significant demand. Tickets are £235 per head for the evening.

Comparable wine dinners in London in November with fewer wines are currently on sale for £500 a head, so this should be a wonderful and affordable evening for wine lovers at the capital’s flagship wine club.

I hope you will consider joining us for this special vinous evening.
